Foam blocks for Into the Groove Kinusaiga projects – READY FOR YOU to carve – are made from rigid foam insulation board.* The foam boards are lightweight and easy to carve. The foam has a layer of 3M double-sided adhesive applied. Using adhesive holds material in place as you tuck the edges into the grooves.
These blocks are hand cut. Most edges are straight and smooth, but some may be “rough” (foam board can be finnicky sometimes!). You can either trim them with a sharp knife or, we recommend, using one of our frames that will fit your block perfectly.
